I would like to file a complaint against airport policy of carrying a bottles through hand carry. Because, in have this incident happened only now. My friend who is an OFW from Dubai and she is flying to Davao and carrying one bottle of nutella and one bot of peanut preserves from Dubai and the officer did not allow het to hand carry it. In fact that bottles was her hand carry also from Dubai to Manila. So, the question is why from a strict country allow to hand carry a bottle then in our own country we are not allowed to hand carry a bottle. You did not know that the money that we bought that passalubong is from a hard earned money, but then you did not allow it and you want to throw it on the garbage.come to think of it. Its only two small bottles for pasalubong and my family is expecting that. So please review your policy about that. My son, left for Singapore yesterday at 5:30 am on board Cebu Pacific Airline Upon reaching his destination, he noticed that the password combination in his luggage was altered/tampered. The original was the standard 000 which we did not change. It is so disappointing that our fellow 'kababayans' would wish to inconvenience other people by their evil acts. Sometimes, we feel safer in other countries' airports than here. I do not know the reason for such an act, but it just shows how ruthless they can get. Wala silang awa Imagine if this happened to an elderly or a child who cannot do anything about the situation? This is just unacceptable. I used to back the airport personnel/screeners in their plight with 'laglag bala', thinking they should be given a chance, but instances like these make me believe that all should be fired and be given stricter sanctions when caught.

At around 11:45 am on July six, 2015 at NAIA Terminal three, i stood at the Terminal Fee window (beside the OFW window) for a minute or two before the lady there attended to me. Her co worker needed to knock on her cubicle glass in order to prompt her that somebody is standing there. Then when i passed to her my boarding pass and payment. WITHOUT looking at me, still staring down and WITHOUT saying anything, she placed my change and boarding pass with the terminal fee receipt on the window slot. I needed to ask her Whether it is ok already, and she said Yes while Still staring down. When i passed her cubicle, i saw from the transparent cubicle glass at the side that she IS PLAYING CANDYCRUSH on her phone while her phone was charging. I was not able to take an actual photo of her while playing.
