Ms. Suzanne Jeskie CallsNov 15, 2019

Have been trying to reach guest services at Nassau Coliseum for days now and no one calls back. I have tickets for 11/16 Elton John concert and a situation arose since I bought these tickets over a year ago. Need handicap information, NOT new seats and no one can be bothered to help. Suzanne Jeskie

I am writing to you about our horrible experience prior to the Billy Joel concert New Years Eve. As I'm sure you recall it was an evening with pouring rain. The line to get in the Coliseum was extremely long with only two doors open. People were getting more and more agitated as it was taking so long to enter the Coliseum and then the pushing began. It was extremely unsafe and a very scary situation. Luckily to my knowledge, no one got seriously hurt, but it was frightening none the less. I feel that the Coliseum should have done a much better job in preparing for this event, knowing that the weathermen were predicting torrential rain and this was a sold out event. Security should always be the priority, but I have never had an experience like this. I will definitely think twice before purchasing tickets at this venue. I have been trying to reach customer service and none of your numbers work. I need to make out an accident report. I fell at the coliseum on May 4th after the Barbara Streisand concert. I was in Section A2-Floor-ROW 16- Seats 11 and 12. As we were leaving my shoe caught something on the floor and I tripped and fell down hard. My grandson and security helped me up. Security asked me if I wanted to sit down or help me to the car, but I was so embarrassed falling that I just wanted to leave. I said I was OK and limped away. The next day, I went to the doctor for a foot xray because I couldn't put any pressure on it. I also skinned both knees. Though not broken, it's a bad sprain that is not healing. I need to fill out an accident report. Please contact me at 516-721-9766 or my email address at Sheryllg@optonline. Net. Regards- Sheryll Guoba .

Mr. Peter Pohlot On Phone To Nassau Coliseum Service
I purchased tickets for the September 15th Roger Waters show when they went on sale almost a year ago. I purposely chose upper gate center to view the whole show and get great sound quality (section 215, row 13, seats four and 5). The location looked great on the site map, but much to my dismay there was a large overhang above us which cut off a good portion of the visual show and distorted the sound. These tickets should have been sold/labeled as obstructed view seating. The venue should refund some of the money to the people sitting in this section for selling obstructed view seats.
