My name is Herbert Divin . I am 74 years old and have been using Norelco shavers for the past 30 years or so. I love the razors. I have three at my house and one at our river house. Every time I buy a new Norelco razor I try to upgrade. My only complaint I have with Norelco is the protective plastic cover for the shaving heads. They last about a few months and they get brittle and break. I am tired of buying these $2 covers for $10 online. You need to change suppliers who you get these covers from. I recently purchased a Norelco razor Model S1560. I have had Norelco shavers for many years and thought they did a good job. The cutting heads were mounted in the head so they appeared flat. This new razor has three cutting heads that are angled and move independently. It takes me 2-3 times as long to shave as it did with my older models and I still do not get as close a shave. Can you tell me what's wrong? I'd like a razor similar to my older one. Do you exchange or have a trade in policy?.
I received a new Norelco razor in October as a birthday gift. This replaced an older razor which I had for many years. I have been and continue to be very disappointed with the results. I used the chat line previously to voice my concerns with inadequate concern. I was told to simply return it. Would love to hear from someone with suggestions.
Dear Norelco, I have been a customer for about 37 years. I have purchased more Norelco electric shavers than I can count. However, last January I bought the Aquatec 4100 (can not find serial number) and to my dismay It pinches, and leaves poor shave. I opened a case number on 11/15/15 60-0000831653. Can you please help me? I'm not looking for a refund, knowing I'm out of warranty, just a reliable replacement shaver I have been accustomed to for the last 37 years.
