I bought a set of tires from Ntb for a 2003 Ford Focus in March of 2019. The Ntb store is located at 3144 S. Kingshighway Blvd. St. Louis MO. 63139 (314) 773-1077. I had nothing, but problems since day one, first they lost my center cap that goes on my rim. Second they broke my lock to my wheel that I bought from the Ford dealer. Then they order me a very cheap brand of wheel locks. This pass Sunday, I had a blow out and called for AAA Towing to come and change the tire. The technician came and tried to get the tire off of my car. The key that Ntb bought broke in two separate pieces forcing me to have my car tow back to Ntb. Ntb took off all four locks and told me that they ordered the tire and I could pick it up yesterday which was Tuesday. I went to work yesterday with three lugs on each wheel and my donut (spare tire) just stared unpeeling as I was driving. I got off of work and had my son to pick me up and take me to Ntb wouldn't you know no tire to pick up. Now more money to pay.

This complaint regards the Ntb Service Center located at 7539 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. I had an appointment for 9:00 on November five, 2018 to have the tires on my truck rotated and balanced. I arrived at 8:45 and was logged in at 8:53 by the sales associate, Brian Quinn, who informed me the the job would be finished by 10:00/10:30. I could see the service bay from the waiting area and noted that although my truck was pulled into the bay at 9:20, no one worked on it until 10:00. The sales associate finally informed me at 11:30 that the truck was ready. I think two and a half hours is an inordinate amount of time to rotate and balance four tires especially when this was a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, there is not space here to detail my complaint. Please contact me for additional information about this experience and observations about the facility.

I was denied service today by Jacob Grayson (Manager). I had an appointment this morning at 7:30am to have my oil changed and tires rotated (Saturday 05/23/2015). There is just too much to write about this horrible experience that I encountered today; I would kindly appreciate if someone would contact me about this matter. My name is Raynard A. Cain and I can be reached at 205-856-1097 (home) or 205-746-9032 (cell). There were three other people that witness everything; another employee, a lady and her young child/grandchild. She decided to leave and take her business someplace else after witnessing me being mistreated by Jacob Grayson. Her name is Ms. Jennifer McLarty (864-205-8213). I spoke with Timothy Harris (District Mgr.);, but i feel the need to talk with someone at the Corporate level. I am afraid to take my vehicles back to that particular Ntb, 330 Gadsden Highway, Birmingham, AL 35235 (205-833-3500) in fear of Jacob Grayson doing some form of damage to them.
