On 4/9/21 the power cable break down. I do not mine if it is after 4-5 years. My other car which I had used for more than ten years now. I have number issue. Nama saya Sagaya dan nombor kereta saya PMS9279 saga baru. Beli Nov 2016. Dari say beli sampai sekarang kereta saya jerking sampai orang lain tak nak pandu Kereta saya. Kedua masalah power stering pipe bocor. Dah tukar sekali pada Feb 2019 dan sekarang masalah yang sama. Sudah tunggu sebulan untuk parts sampai dari shah alam. Soalan saya selepas three tahun warranty dah tak ada tapi kalau masih ada masalah yang sama macam mana? Quality kereta saya memang teruk dan saya tidak puas hati dengan membeli kereta ini.
My car PROTON exora year 2017 has some problems in engin so many time complain SC, but no any improvement the main problem is car no pik up and jerking also some issues kindly do check any recall from PROTON for any updates due to some of car Exora have recall from PROTON for cvt adaption and cvt dumper so please do anything for update. I own a 2015 PROTON Suprima-S GXR, which I purchased new in Sydney, Australia, in 2015. I have since moved back to New Zealand and had the car shipped over to here in New Zealand. I have accidentally wiped all the New Zealand/Australia map data from the Micro-SD Card of the built in Sat Nav system. I therefore require a new Micro-SD Card containing the most up to date New Zealand maps, for my Suprima-S GXR. At present I have no Sat. Nav. Data, which is annoying. I have also had no luck dealing with PROTON in Australia. There are no PROTON dealers or agents in New Zealand. Can someone please advise where I can purchase this from, preferably direct from PROTON in Malaysia. I have tried to phone PROTON Malaysia, but the line is always busy. They never reply to my emails. Can someone please help me?

I wish to complaint on one of your Sales Reprensative (Fazli) based in Jalan Ipoh Showroom(2404/PESB Kepong). I recently applied for a loan for hire purchase via PROTON, unfortunately the so called sales reprensative was very unpleasant and rude behaviour dealing with my loan issue. I had clearly instructed him to try loan for amount of RM30, 500, but he did not follow my instruction and loan amount increased to 31, 500 which is not under my budget and furthermore he promised lower interest rate, but I was given 3. 58% which is way high as I am a current MBB account holder. Lack of initiate and unprofessional way he handle my case was unacceptable I need this issue highlighted and look into ASAP.
Saya menggunakan PROTON persona elegan. Masalah yang saya hadapi sekarang adalah, enjin kereta selalu padam apabila jalan jauh dalam 1jam 30 minit apabila menggunakan aircond. Apalagi kalau jam masa tengahari masa matahari terik ataupun siang hari. Tapi pada waktu malam ataupun semasa hari hujan, enjin ok saja. Apakah masalah kereta saya. Alternator dah tukar. Timing belt pun dah tukar. Fuel pump filter petrol pun dah tukar.

Hi, i am Ammar . I had problem with my car bearing. I already went to a PROTON dealer and said that my car parts will arrive in seven working days. It has been one month already and i have not receive the parts yet. Is it normal for me to wait this long for any replaced item under PROTON warranty? Thank you.
I purchase PROTON Suprema in September 2014. In April 2016, the car was overheat temperature. We send to PROTON Service and the vehicle has been repaired without cost. On 12 May 2018, the incident happened again. Send the car to PROTON Service Rawang and notified by Mechanic, there are certain spare part has expired the warranty and we have to the cost RM380. We appeal to claim the cost since the vehicle still in warranty, never accident and follow the service schedule.
Dissapointed with PROTON Assam Jawa. Really provide poor service. Cheat customer money. I have come to new open PROTON service centre Assam Jawa which is near to my home on today 18Aug2018 time 3. 20pm to service my two PROTON car which is PROTON persona and PROTON iriz. Started they told us the service amount is rm115 which included the syntoum 3000 SE 5W30, oil filter and gasket plug oil. After they move the car to service place, refill all the oil filter then only the staff came and told me that the price need to increase to rm370 due to her mistake. She wrongly calculate the price. I had also told by her that petronas syntoum already finish so they will replace to shell brand. I have argue with them due to the different brand of oil which is not requested by me and they ady made all the decision. They came just inform me the price and ask me to paid. Really a bad experience in this PROTON centre. Wont visit again this cheat customer money PROTON service centre at Assam Jawa Selangor.

I own a PROTON Exora model which is less than two years old. The mileage is around 33000. I noticed there is a leak from the top engine gasket. I called the service center to check whether this replacement of gasket is under warranty or not, they informed me that I have to bear the cost of replacing the gasket. But what i checked from the service book is that the engine is under warranty for three years or 100000km. Kindly please advise. Thank you.
