To whom it may concern:
I ordered a simple "rapid pickup" order last week that I made online via Panera Bread App. I ordered a "pick two, " half Caesar salad, half Mediterranean veggie. I requested that there be no cucumbers. My friend picked up the order for me, and once I received it, I opened the packaging to find out that the salad came with no dressing as well as the incorrect kind of parmesan cheese (shredded not shaved)and the sandwich had cucumbers on it. I am allergic to cucumbers, so I forced to discard the meal that I spent almost $15 on. I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by a restaurant I commonly frequent. Please do something about this.

Cannot find a number for you. Everytime I try to sign in or up. Nothing works, I have put in those numbers and letters in the little box six times, all this for points or sometching free.
My two friends and I met at Panera Bread, 1504 E. Whitestone, Cedar Park, TX for coffee and breakfast around 9:30, May 31, 2016. My friend ordered a bagel with a slice of bacon, which was raw. When she complained about it, they said we bake it and it is fine. My friend did not eat it, who eats raw bacon? I asked to have my cup of coffee poured out to get a fresh cup because it tasted so weak. The girl was nice enough to give me a fresh cup, but even the dark roast tasted so weak. A girl came to take some plates, and I told her that my friend was not happy with the bacon, she ignored my comment and asked "How are you lades this morning?" not once, but twice. The same girl stopped by and I wanted to get her name, so I comment what happened to your name tag. She said with a very sarcastic tone it was an accident. Not sure what accident she was talking about. But, with the poor attitude of the workers, I do not think we will be back. We will travel farther IF we want to go to a Panera.
