Being a client of Piccell Wireless for over a decade I have experienced one of the best wireless services abroad. There is never a connection problem while making ISD calls and the different plans for availing such wireless services are also quite reasonable in comparison to the local services provided.
Do not use Piccell Wireless for your child studying abroad for the following reasons:
1)They will overcharge you for "express" delivery of your phone-$70. 00 really?
2)Phone is a very cheap, poorly made "Blu" phone. 3) They will tell you the only service plan they offer is a $39. 95 monthly fee (or higher) when there is a $9. 99 monthly service plan they won't tell you about. 5) They charge you extra fees ($50. 00-$100. 00)if you cancel early, cancel late, do not return the SIMM card in time, your payment does not go through etc. And deduct it from your automatic bill pay account (good luck getting that back). - They "nickle and dime" you at every possible opportunity.

I have been told that there is an outstanding balance on my daughter's Sim card which was turned in and de-activated. You direct billed my credit card and I have paid all charges due. I have never received any notice prior to this yet now I am being threatened with collections. When I make an effort to contact you at 877-235-5742 I am left on hold for 20 minutes (currently on hold as I write this) showing a complete lack of respect for my time. If there truly is anything outstanding you will need to contact me with better information as opposed to a threat or begin answering your phone in a more timely manner.
