I am highly disappointed with my pictures. I arrived for my appointment time; had to wait to be checked and then waited an hour to take pictures. I brought my own props that were used in only one picture. Since my kids were having a hard time with the pictures, I stated again what my objective was to hurry up the process and just take the pictures that I wanted captured. I just wanted the whole family together and for my prop to be used. Still she did what she wanted. I was not there for Father's Day pictures to be taken, but those were the props used. I was told that the groupon could only be used within 48 hours, but the groupon says 24. If I was aware of it I would have come later. I was pleased with a couple of pictures, but really wanted my props to be used in them. What was a happy time for me to share with others, turned out to be frustrating and not want I wanted to convey in the photos taken.

i am filing a complaint with the bbb as well as the ftc on the practices at picture people. there is no way to contact the corporate offices. the ivr is a continuous loop and the "proffesionals" they are hiring are just kids who couldn't find another job. the most embarrassing event my daughter and her nine friends had to go thru at the first colony mall location. they deleted all the pictures of the prom photo shoot and they decided which 25 pictures should be on the disc. the funny part was first they had lost the disk and couldnt find it. horrible experience--yelp, fb whatever you can do to stop this from happening to anyone else's special day or event ruined ---andy gupta ---713-370-4663.

We were at the studio in Stroudsburg PA on Dec five, 2015. The staff seemed rushed as they talked about who was going on break We had to pick our own props and and our own positions with out any direction. We also had a coupon we showed them in the beginning of our session and they told us to hang on to it, we didn't remember it again until after we finished our session and paid. The lady Rebecca told us they would honor it, but the manager would have to override the payment and he wouldn't be in until the following day, we went back in the following day and the manager Clyde said he could help us and to "have a nice day" he was arrogant and unprofessional. I'm also a business owner and found this staff to be untrained, rude and unhelpful. I do not see this business lasting very long if they continue to operate this way (570)8560290.

I went to one of your locations in Arcadia California I was so upset for one the system went down they called me 15 minutes before my appt I get there and I waited for almost an hour they took me into a room so small the photographer didn't know how to act with my three year old I was the one telling her which props to get and use and i was the one that was making my son laugh and then I waited 40 to see my pics they were suppose to call me never did I went back and when I saw my pics I was so upset cause there was not one good pic of my son I wasted two hours of my time I spoke with the manager I told her all she said was oh I can take a few for you right now I told her no cause my son was already fussy waiting so long it was the worst experience I have every had I always go to jcpenny this is my first time here and will never go back.

I went to the picture people in Burlington MA today and I am very unhappy. Photographer rushed through and didn't get any good photos. Didn't try interacting with my daughter for better pictures. I bought the whole package and am very unhappy, I could have taken better pictures at home. The photo that I actually liked she has snots coming out of her nose. I didn't notice on computer screen,, but you think he would have fixed it for me.

I just want my pictures. I can not get my information, the store member put me on hold and hang up on me, and I can not get my online prints to get multiple pictures. The corporate number is an 800 number that only gives you location information, there is no customer service and the staff sucks. The photographers are the only good part of the place,, but god help anyone get their prints.
