I bought a 42" led television., make POLEROID, Model No. 3-40-LED-14 from Asda Queensferry, Flintshire approx. two years ago. I have been trying without success to contact someone from you organization for the past three weeks for a simple enquiry re adjusting the picture on the TV which now shows only the bodies of the people of screen and despite trying your onscreen menu I cannot find any control to adjust the picture to the correct height. I would be grateful if you would either e-mail or send me a manual as how I may correct this. We received no manual with the TV. I am not impressed with your after sales.

Polaroid 42” 506023404690 Purchase Date: 07/12/2013 The TV went wrong on 20 July 2015, there was no picture the picture had no brightness and was unable to adjust it Soon after I visited the ASDA St Paul’s Road Bournemouth. After returning home with my faulty TV Under Sale of Goods act 1979 the TV did not live up to expectations. Although there is a 12 month warranty with the TV, my expectation to last at least five years. There have been so many developments in Technology that it is not uncommon these days to have a five year warranty on a TV. You can therefore imagine my disappointment to have this set go wrong within 19 months. The TV has limited use there are only two adults using it and no children. TV generally limited to evening use. When I returned from the store I then took the TV to a qualified TV repairer M and G Electronics Bournemouth whos report say that the TV display unit failed and this item that would not normally fail.
