I had an issue with a shirt my husband ordered in November of 2017 that was suppose to be delivered. However, the shirt was lost in transit from what I was told. On May two, 2018 he received the shirt thanks to the General Manager Michael Bazerque at the Vero Beach store. I would like to thank this young man for his assistance. Mr. Bazerque contacted me in reference to this matter until it was resolved. He went out of his by sending different shirts that my husband can choose from since the shirt he had was no longer available. He also sent me the shipment details. To have an employee like him on your team makes the company shine. I am so grateful for him and I am so glad that someone asked him to assist me. He was caring and sincere to my situation. I had a problem returning a gift at the Polo Outlet in Aurora, Ohio. It was simply the wrong size. All tag were attached, but they refused to allow me to exchange it because I didn't have the receipt ?.
