I got in line to order some food at the Rally's at National Road East Richmond Indiana and the couple in front of me had a large order. I am a patient person, but when I stood in line for five minutes and did not get acknowledged I left so did the customer behind me. What made me angrier is the employees waited on two drive thru cars that came after me. My autistic daughter was very upset. All I wanted them to do was to open the window and say "we will be right with you".

My husband went to Rally's on Madison Road today, as a senior citizen, he missed the take order machine, and went straight to the teller. He gave his order, only to be told, he missed the order machine. He left, and went to Long John Silvers. My mouth was ready for a Rally's fish sandwich. I have tried reaching them on the telephone for the last hour,
and the number 512-271-4777, is consistently busy. I think you should be aware of this. I know this happens a lot to restaurants, however, they still take your order. It has happened to me, but they take the order. This could be the reason, your ratings are low. 5ACC.

Ordered two Big Bufords and small fry at Store 4024 (7/16/15 12:34pm) the crew member who rung me up stuffed everything in a small (4) bag, so I asked for a bigger bag. While she was rebagging my order the manager walked up so I asked her can I have one of the carry bag (seeing how I am stroke survivor and walking with a cane), she told me no cause they are used for orders who purchased wings and walked away When i asked the crew member what was her name, she initially replied why, but she eventually informed me her name was Amanda.

July 3rd 2015 2:30 AM. I was refused service upon requesting to order, after first calling to inquire of closing time. Of which I was informed was 4:00 AM. All three employees were sitting outside of the establishment on what seemed to be a "smoke break". Services were never rendered during my time there. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience. I have had many problems with the Rallys on us 42 in Florence ky. They have given us cold overcooked meat, and this last time did it for me. We went to the walk up window, and had to try to get someone's attention, placed an order and waited for 20 minutes for two 5 small combo's one with bacon cheese fry's. The lady that brought our order to the window threw the bag at me, and we were missing a fry and when i asked about it she gave me attitude over the fry's and I asked for a refund.
