My present phone number Is 5877005614 and previous was 5877034516. The plan for $10 automatic renewal of calling card was with my previous phone number I had submitted a request on Dec. 20, 2017 via e mail at support@raja.com. To change my prepaid calling card plan to my new phone number Because I am not using the old SIM for the time being and the balance amt. Lying idle be transferred to my new phone to be utilized. But so far my request has not yet been materialized. Pl look into it and take an immediate action. Thanks.

This is not the first time its happen to me. If i buy two dollar calling card then it stop at one hour. Then its say one hour left when i put my destination number its says that your card was expired. I tried to call the customer care they say that you will meet the representative shortly. If you do not sole my problem. With in Tommorrow. Then i am going to file case against your company. Will see Tomorrow?
