I have been on hold for over 25 minutes I have urgent need to speak with someone about a custom helmet we received we thought just in time to protect our grandson who suffered a concussion three yrs ago and has just got to return to football again. We ordered this to insure optimal safety, as we felt your product is the very best However it arrived with a problem, passed inspection when the top could not be pumped as needed. A solid button like, no ability to pump. Went back to store at Dicks Sporting Goods out of town, help did their best to assist us with a return and a replacement order.
