This morning I received a parking charge for our old car (AP21 LKJ) in Manchester. I do not know how this happened. I have tried to delete that car from my account, but a message comes up saying I cannot since I selected autopay. Please delete this car from my account and refund the payment. The only car which should be on my account is AO23 JNZ. I have deleted the credit card on my account until I know this has been done.

I visited one of your car park facilities in Stockport this morning and found I had no change, so I downloaded your app with the intention of registering with you and paying the car park fee online. When I attempted to register, your app advised that my mobile telephone number was already in use on an account, and therefore I was unable to complete my registration, or log on as I obviously do not have the password. I have had my same mobile number for 20/25 years and have never registered, or attempted to register with RingGo previously, so can you enlighten me as to how you already have my telephone number connected with another account. Yet again, one of my drivers asked me to pay for his parking, as I had a lot of vehicles registered on your system it use to take ages to scroll through to the right one, now it seems hardly any are on your list, I have to try in vain to register a vehicle before you accept it, and that is even more of a joke, I went through almost the entire alphabet today with your voice recognition effort, getting the letters wrong every time, sent several texts as requested, to two different numbers, gave up in the end, I am trying to run a very busy coach hire company here, not got this sort of time to waste every time we need to park a vehicle

The car is a Tesla Model S, a fully electric car, colour blue. I will be parking in Westminster City area today and I understand I need only pay for a ten minute slot to stay for the maximum permitted time at any bay. I tried to park on Bingham Road Croydon with cashless payment machine number 15029 at about 12. 27pm this afternoon. On insertion of a single pound coin, a ticket for half an hour's parking was expected. However, no ticket was released. To avoid being ticketed for non-display of a relevant ticket, I moved my car up Bingham Road. There, a free parking space was used. To this end, I would like a refund of the un-ticketed pound that was gobbled up by the said machine. Thank you, and regards,
