Cannot get a phone number to talk with anyone to exchange a part? Situation being my son shipped his truck from Alaska to Minnesota when his career in the Air Force sent him to South Korea. The drivers door needed a new regulator, so I ordered one through RockAuto. Between my order placement and the truck finally arriving here over 30 days had passed. When I went to install the part, I found that I ordered the wrong one. RockAuto now says the part can not be exchanged for the right one. Why? Run into dead ends on the website. Have done business often with this company, and was about to do more. Seemed to be reputable, up to this point? I need an actual contact phone number for exchange. Cell 612_581_7945.

Ordered my parts on Monday 5th at 12. 01 pm and paying extra Shipping -NEXT BUSINESS DAY EXPRESS because dealership had my truck on the racks replacing the frame. They didn't want me to use RockAuto because of issues before, but I thought since the order went thru as NEXT BUSINESS DAY EXPRESS that I would be ok. Then on Tuesday I read my order and it said that my parts wasn't coming till Wednesday. I called the dealership and told them and they said they would charge me for non-activity on the rack, so I had to go locally and purchase parts and take to them )losing employment time doing this running). I was able to stop shipment on one part, but the Shocks had already left warehouse. Now in order to return the Shocks I am required to pay the original shipping charges )$24. 99) already charged to my account plus pay for return shipping ?.

I ordered KC2062 Caliper, Rotor and brake pad kit. I had a bonified service and repair station do the work. They found that the front left caliper brake fitting tapped hole was stripped and would not hold pressure. They left the new caliper bracket on, but had to put the old caliper back on to get the vehicle functional. So I have a bad front left caliper that needs to be replaced. It is part of the KC2062 combo. What part do I order to replace this? All other parts are on the vehicle. Now I will have to pay for labor for that wheel all over again. Thanks a lot Rock Auto. Pressure tested. I do not think so Very disappointed.

In the ninth day waiting for a fender and missed a body appointment although paid $120 for two day shipping And visa has been charged. Rock auto has a customer service number, but it is not for this purpose they say and actually hung up on me and then my girlfriend, want a laugh call 608-661-1376 and ask for assistance. Rock auto won't look into this matter till 5/25 stating the carrier has to have an adequate chance to deliver ?

I ordered part number CRL H2652 and CRL H2653 - right and left hand self adjuster repair kits for my 2003 Sable. The parts were fine and the mechanical arms were labeled "L" and "R" BUT the screw adjusters were BACKWARDS in the sealed containers. I do not know how many times I have requested past orders in order to get a receipt, since packing information and receipt appear to be optional at the distribution centers. There is no customer service available to answer questions that are not available through the website. Everything can not be answered via website. When you call the number listed on the website you get told that it is just the corporate office and they can not help you that you can only get help through the website, which takes forever to get an actual answer. I have been a longtime customer and have never had this problem. It seems like the customer service has just worsened instead of getting better.

When I got the regulators the were not even close. You have the wrong picture and part number for the car. Hi i revived apart from RockAuto part number 90480747 and had installed by detailer today and after it was installed he noticed a hair line crack approx. one inch long in the deflector so what do i have to do with this problem the detailer told me it could do more damage to remove it from the car.

Seems like Rock Auto quality is in the pan
Of the last three orders I placed, only one has been delivered as correct and that came via US Postal Service (All is not dead). I've gotten body panels for Jeeps when I ordered them for a Chrysler Crossfire. Now, the RockAuto website listed a rear diff pinion seal as a rear crankshaft seal so they shipped totally the wrong part due to their error. Best to use Amazon from here on out. Sign on for Amazon Prime and you get free (genuine) 2-day shipping as well as low prices. RockAuto and it's program seems to have run it's course and will be fighting for survival against Amazon and Alibaba.

We received the package order 88885744 on 07/15/2018. It was the wrong size, so it was returned on 07/19/2018. I sent an email, but have not heard from them nor received a refund. We sent the vin number and other info to see if the right part could be found. Hope we can resolve this. We have not had any problems with RockAuto before. I hope it's just an oversight.
