I can only surmise some disgruntled ex roommate has decided to spread malicious lies concerning me. SO i signed up for this app thinking it was kind of a cool way to find a room for rent, but i paid the money and now they keep charging me every week, but they canceled my aubscription because they said thh couldnt verify my facebook and see that i was a real person soooo now every week i get to pay money to a company who isnt even providing me the services that it promises.
Roomster charged my MasterCard recently. When they advertisement show no info that it will renew automatically.

Veey disappointed. Entered site in good faith and you took my money assnd ran. You never called me to provide direct support though i begged you to do so., and then you never reefunded my money. During the trial period you kept telling me the same thing every day and never acknowledged a problem. Every time I go in the 'settings' page to make sure everything is set to receive all correspondence, those buttons have some how miraculously turned themselves off. I'm surprised that a supposed reputable company such as yourself would essentially rip off their clients like this.
