Someone hacked into my facebook account and my Roomster account. I have been a good customer and now you have for some unknown reason deleted my account. I can only surmise some disgruntled ex roommate has decided to spread malicious lies concerning me. Please contact me and tell me why my account was deleted and what the hacker did or said to make you delete my account. Thank you please call 407 2892191.

SO i signed up for this app thinking it was kind of a cool way to find a room for rent, but i paid the money and now they keep charging me every week, but they canceled my aubscription because they said thh couldnt verify my facebook and see that i was a real person soooo now every week i get to pay money to a company who isnt even providing me the services that it promises.

Veey disappointed. Entered site in good faith and you took my money assnd ran. You never called me to provide direct support though i begged you to do so., and then you never reefunded my money. During the trial period you kept telling me the same thing every day and never acknowledged a problem. I never received any individual support, never had contact with any referral from your site and never heard from anyone in your office. You didn't refund my money either as guaranteed on your site. I will send a copy of my complaint to my congressional representative and senator and lawyers. You need to review your business practices and refund all my money to me for attempting to use your site in earnest. 703-989-1361.

To whom this my concern, I'm writing this letter because you had informed me that you think my Facebook account is fraudulent or fake. I normally do not use social media. So, I created a Facebook account because that is what you asked for on your website. I thought your website would be a convenient way to find a roommate or an apartment to live. Since I've created an account on Facebook, I now use it to communicate to family and friends and play games. Can you please reconsider your decision and allow me to use your website to find a place to live?.

Roomster is a huge scam, they are a data harvesting company out of India, if you want to have your identity stolen they're the company to turn to

Roomster is a complete scam start to finish. The initial greeting states that there isn’t ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. N O N E
Customers must log on to Roomster for assistance. My account that I create to locate an apartment, or roommate, was “cancelled” without reason, without explanation, and the so-called “customer service phone number” was a repetitive, outgoing message with no information to resolve your issue.

Every time I go in the 'settings' page to make sure everything is set to receive all correspondence, those buttons have some how miraculously turned themselves off. I'm surprised that a supposed reputable company such as yourself would essentially rip off their clients like this. Unless you guys offer me a decent explanation for this and a refund for the time that I've lost on my 30 day membership and/or start it over with everything working properly; I've had it.

I paid for subscription at 0900, its 130pm and I still csnt check messages and verified transaction. four and a half hours passed still cant check. I paid for 120 hours and I expect to get what I paid for. This is fraud and calling BBB.

Hello, my name is Stephen Beltran and I need your help I do not do Facebook, it's just not my thing. I created a Facebook account just to be able to use Roomster and was told that it didn't qualify because it didn't tell enough about me. I do not really even know how to use it I have a prospective landlord who wants me to apply through your website. I am not a scam artist I will do what ever I need to do, update my Facebook account or anything else, I just do not know exactly what I need to do. PLEASE do not make me miss out on this opportunity just because I am not good at Facebook I have a dog, and we need to find a home.
