I am writing this letter on behalf of my company sindhu cargo services. We are having a shipment from our customer metal mesh. The container arrived Bangalore icd(India) on 18th June 2016 friday. We have payed your delivery order charges on 20th June 2016, but we haven"t received the online D. O till now. This shipment is important to our customer and needs to be cleared at the earliest. We are enquiring with your Bangalore(India) Safmarine team, but not getting a proper response from them. Expecting your quick action as this delay may result in loosing our valuable customer.
