I am writing this letter to inform Samsung Company on the performance of Galaxy Note II which I purchased last 12-December-2012 here in Saudi Arabia (Store name/Address: ALEESA SOUK COMMERCIAL CENTER AL-KHOBAR SAUDI ARABIA). After almost five months of using, this device freezes or hangs up and will not open or will not proceed to load the applications. I tried Samsung''s manual recommendation on troubleshooting (i.e.Press and hold the power key for 8-10 seconds, but still it will not reboot automatically). Since it is no longer usable, I went back to the seller of this unit together with the given Warranty card. Sad to say, after two months, I was only informed that the technician is not yet available. Moreover, I was told that the problem with my device is defective APPLICATION BOX or MOTHERBOARD?). It is so frustrating in going back to this store as my job site is 200 kms. away and almost two hours travel by bus.
