My tag f1 alarm watch was sent in to you by goldsmiths for a new battery, I received a letter stating it required a service and new parts this was agreed and a turn round time of six weeks was given after almost ten weeks the watch came back on inspection in the shop the back case had been scored during the repair process, goldsmiths have photo evidence to prove the condition of my watch at the time I handed it in some ten weeks prior was immaculate. The watch was returned and a letter of complaint from the manager was sent with it. I was then told the watch would be repaired with a new back with the original serial number is and returned to me on the 04/12/14 I phoned the shop today to be told the repair hasn't been started due to a back log and they were only going to refurbish the back as a gesture of good will. This is not acceptable. You would have had my watch almost four months this is disgusting customer service, and will not be treated in this way. I await your reply.

i recently sent my F1 chronograph watch off for a new battery and to change the face i was quoted £117 for this to be done and told it would be back with myself after i returned from my Holiday.
Since returning from my Holiday i have had a new quote from yourselves for £280 and still no work done on my watch as you now say it has to be serviced.
I think this is ludicrous as the watch originally cost me around £600 about five years ago and i have had it serviced three years ago so am i to assume that every three years or so i will have to pay these ridiculous prices, i think not.
