I am a 40 year user of your products. I am having trouble getting answers for my rebates i submitted to your inmar rebate center in del rio, texas. I purchased two four step fertilizer plans on mar, 30 2017 at bay gardens in moriches, ny. Each four step plan came with a $ 20 rebate. I submitted the rebate form and my original receipt with the date and prices circled. The rebate center sent me a card with two reasons of denial of my claim. Reason 11 was not valid products and reason 16 was products not identified on receipt. These were the plans sold by your dealer at bay gardens and their receipt shows the total price. I talked to numerous people at the immar rebate center @ 1-888-770-9020 including supervisor nester who won't honor my correct rebate and receipt. Please either complete my rebate for $40 total or send me back my original receipt so i can return your products to the store i purchased it from and buy another brand product. Thank you.

Recently bought and used as directed your thickerRlawn product waitng three weeks watered every day, grass seed never took. Then a got your lawn soil / also bought your grass seed tall fesque, applied as directed, watered every day, this coming sat will two weeks, seeds have not started to germinate, and last I've been using you lawn fertilizer for years recently a applied your weed and feed for help clear aout clover and chickaweed out of my lawn, it looks like the clover likes to be fed and now it grew more. Please advise me why I'm wasting my time and money on your stuff that is not working for me, I've got a higher water bill from all the extra watering, Ray.
