Hello, I, m sorry, but I have a serious problem with my vacuum. It's my third shark rocket and the last two have broken at the hose on the sweeper. The plastic hose has broke on both of them. But it, s no good when that breaks. I have had to throw both of them away and I do not have money to keep buying them. Surely I am not the only one with this problem. I sure hope you can find to help me with getting another one. I tried to take it back to Lowe's, but they said it had been 90 days since I had gotten it and they couldn't do anything about it. Surely it wasn't made to last only 90 days. I have bragged on this vacuum a hundred times and no telling how many I have sold for y'all. Please help .

I have a new Shark Rotator NR96 SERIES S. The second time I used it on bare floors a small piece of plastic jammed in the edge cleaning. Now I cannot vacuum the carpet without the red light coming on. I see no way to get to that area to dislodge the plastic. At this point very very unhappy with this unit.
