Narayanaguru International Institute of Science and Technology – Kanyakumari (Trust) of Siddhartha College of Catering and Hotel Management - Kanyakumari promoted Narayanaguru College of Engineering which came into being as a result of the desire of a large number of well wishers who wanted an educational institution to impart value-based and discipline - oriented modern technical education of global standards at affordable cost, upholding the principles of Sree Narayana Guru viz. " One Caste, One Religion and One God for mankind" and "freedom through education".
With the same principles, the Trust has launched Siddhartha College of Catering and Hotel Management - Kanyakumari which offers the 4 year BHMCT Programme in Hotel Management and Catering Technology for the first time in South India. A world class institute has been built up near the Engineering College located near Manjalumoodu (via Kuzhithurai in Kanyakumari Dist). It is the only college of its kind in the Southern State of Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Pondicherry.
