The people in the Philipines that I have had contact with have been nothing, but RUDE. They turned off my radio by mistake and I had to stay on the telephone for over four hours beforer I found someone who understood ENGLISH. I now know why you operate OUTSIDE the USA. I think you need to move your business into the USA. Your service is very very poor. I was not told the company operated out of a foreign country. These people are very hard to understand and do not pay any of our taxes. They do not seem to care about their customers or their job.

I had to cancel my service because we are in our 80's and just do not use their product anymore. First cus. Ser. Said ok and I would receive a final bill in the mail, which I had requested. Now I get a call from the rudest man I have ever delt with saying if I do not pay today, fees will keep on doubling. I owe $11. 04, my cr. Card was hacked and I have cancelled that card. The cust. Ser. Guy refuses me to pay on my acct. Unless I pay by cr. Card. Why in the world won't they let me pay by mail? I'll never go back to this co. Again.
