Where are my copies? I ordered S2S for a family member who has not received a copy since August 2014. I paid for a one year subscription last April and would like to be refunded for the copies you have not delivered. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone because the line to the 800 number is always busy. All the mail boxes are full on the 301 line so you are unable to leave a message. Bad and sad business and customer service; no good contact numbers nor or they reaching out to their customers with some type of a response. I just want my money back for services not rendered.
