Smokey Bones supervisor. This is the second time I've gotten crazy food. I did expect better this time. I spent over $169 and I'm am not happy I do not think I will be coming back to dine at your restaurant. I sent you a picture of the pork chop my husband was ready to eat. But that did not happen I am totally disappointed with your restaurant get it together. Or your gonna loose more customers.

I was in with my grandchildren we had dinner at your restaurant on gulf to bay in clearwater, fl and I spent $169 for my total meal. We purchased the nacho appetizer and I sent it back it look like it was some one else order that has been sitting there the meat on it was all dried out and the cheese did not look fresh. Also I had a take out order everything else was good except for the four inch pork chop that was hard as a rock could barely cut it with a knife and it was a little under cooked. So that was $29 meal that had to go in the trash it was not edible.
On the way from my wife's eye specialist, we decided to get two meals to go rather than dine in. I ordered a full rack of Baby Back Ribs and my wife ordered the BBQ chicken. When I opened my meal at home the ribs were black and grossly overcooked. I called your facility about the ribs and was advised to return for a new order. The new order was fine. We have dined in Smokey Bones numerous times and have always been pleased. I wonder since this was a take out order did your associates think they could pass the overcooked ribs off. No one of importance gave me an apology; business as usually I guess. Because of this situation I had to disrupt my dinner hour. It took my time and gas to get this problem resolved.

MISSING W2 TAX FORM Hello. My name is Charlie Heuglin . I'm a student at WKU in Bowling Green. Last summer, around May 2015, I was hired on at the Smokey Bones here, but it caught on fire and burned down in September 2015. It's address was 2450 Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42104. I'm not sure what the store number is/was. My issue is that I haven't received my W-2 from anyone at Smokey Bones. I used to live at an apartment complex called College Suites, over the summer, but moved to another apartment complex right before school started. I may have put my address as College Suites, and forget to leave a forwardingaddress. If anyone can help me figure out this situation, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank youSincerely, Charlie Heuglin .
