My suggestion is somebody in France on a high post to call in Bulgaria in this Bank branch in town of Kyustendil and to ask the responsible people why somebody permit the insurer to use this kind of declaration (ready writen by the insurer) and only one "X" to describe the health state of the customers . It is not precise . It looks lake a way to get one fee of 175 euro for nothing . It is like stealing from the customers . I lost trust in the bank , because the bank and the insurer work together and their interest is the customer to pay even if he die. to this moment your reputatin was awesome . I am also customer in this bank but i will close my account and my relatives gonna do this . Probably in France it is not like this but in Bulgaria in town of Kyustendil is like this , sorry i am bulgarin it is painful but it is true. Regards

if he didn't mark "X" there it means that he is drug addicted , disabled person uncapable of working and many other things which is not true. This question is deliberately created like this and the insurer never to pay . It is incorrect . At first they made him fill this form and second this form is ready given by the bank , not autographic written.This "X" is enough for them to refuse to cover the loan . the problem is not for the money but the way of insure and legal way to steal money - 175euro fee (350 levs) . There is no doctor room in the bank to judge about the health of the customers and the customers are made to estimate their own health by themselves. In this branch the bank employee defend the insurer because "Socielife" is conected to SG expressbank in Bulgaria .

addicted to drugs , do you have high blood preasure disease ,blood sugar disease, lung, kidney , liver and many many things (long sentence) . The truth is that he had high blood preasure based on stress. It was from time to time but he had to accept medicines at home . He had never been in hospital about that and never stop to work at his job.He was a teacher. The medicines he bought from pharmacy through prescription.He was diagnosticated with hypertonia to get this medicines. He never got hipertonic crisis and never enter in hospital about it. two years he didn't accept this medicines because he felt himself better . So he marked this "X" in front of this sentence. They have passed two years from the begining of the paying back the money and he died and the rest of the loan is about 2000 euro . The isurer refused to pay. The bank servant said that my father lied about his health condition because he is hypertonic and he marked "X" in front of the only sentence with many diseases. If

Hello , i am Lyubomir Asenov from Bulgaria . In brief the case is : My father was customer more than 15 years in your bank in the branch in Bulgaria , town of Kyustendil. I say that he was because he died a month ago. The problem is that he got loan of money near 4000 euro or 8000 levs ( the bulgarian currency) so the sum that he had to give back was near 11000 leva or 5500 euro including the interests. The period to get back the money was 3 years. In the contract there was a clause that if the loan is above 2500 euro (5000 leva) it is necessary a life insurance. It is like additional contract with insurer ( in this case "Socielife"). The fee about this insurance was near 175 euro which have been taiking step by step durring the payment plan. The trick is that they asked my father to fill up a health declaration. He had to mark one "X" in front of one sentence with many commas.
