The other day i bought a sub at your Ridgeway On. Store and did your survey noted on the back of the receipt and received an email code from you to get a complimentary goodie of either a drink or cookies. The store in Stevensville On. And the one in Fort Erie both refused to accept the code (such pettiness), so I went somewhere else to eat. Both said i had to have bought the sandwich at their store. The next day I went back to the store in Ridgeway and received a couple of cookies. The complaint therefore is self explanatory. I WENT TO THE SUBWAY 53607-0 YESTERDAY 04/25/2018. THE RADIO WAS BLARING WHEN I ENTERED THE RESTURANT. SHAILEE QUICKLY TURNED THE RADIO DOWN. THEN I GAVE HER MY ORDER AND SHE SEEM TO HAVE A P-ROBLEM PUTTING ON THE SALAD DRESSING THAT WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF THE BOTTLE SHE WAS USING. I ASK HER TO GET ANOTHER BOTTLE AND SHE SEEMED TO BE ANOYED. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THREW I ASKED HER TO PUT THE NAMES ON THE SANDWICHES AND SHE TOLD ME TO DO IT MYSELF. We are regular customers at Subway at the Marlborough Mall location in Calgary. I understand each sandwich has so many slices of tomatoes and other assorted vegetables that cannot be cut down as it is the policy. There are stores here in Calgary that have cut down some of their ingredients for your sub to almost half. Is there some way to enforce this policy? The quality is not being followed and we were thinking seriously of not buying your product. We have always enjoyed it up to now.

Hello:This complaint is referring to your location in Lacombe and also in Blackfalds, Alberta. We have noticed recently that the amount of especially the shredded cheese has dropped by quite a bit. Yesterday I ordered a 12" cold cut and the girl put on so little cheese so I asked for a little more, and then she charged me an extra dollar for it. I was just wondering if you have a set amount as in a certain amount of ounces that are supposed to go on your sandwiches. I travel a lot in the U. S. And I always get enough cheese at every location without having to pay more.
