My Sunbeam gas/electrical stove is five months old and all the numbers and signs at the buttons are already washed off. My mobile number is 778 994 4874. I purchased a Sunbeam heating pad and received it yesterday, August 23, 2017. When I tried the product, it barely heats up so I wanted to return it. I talked to three different people by this time and they told me to mail it back. So, I mailed it by Canada Post for $15. 38. I only paid $26 for the heating pad. My money I will get back will only $10. I find this unacceptable. I would hope something could be done about this. I was offered a shipping label after the fact. I doesn't do me any good once I've sent it. I am loyal customer and bought many Sunbeam products, but in the future I will no longer do that because of the service I received, for a product that does not work
