I'm from Malaysia. I'm entitled for the 'S2S Loyalty Programme' because I sold off my old Swift and bought Swift rupees end of year 2014. I'm entitled for the 'free service and free labour' until 40, 000km. My hubby sent my car on 20/04/16 to JL99 in Batu Caves Selangor and they did the normal servicing and NOT the MAJOR service that I am entitled for 40, 000km. When I go to another service centre last week, they confirmed JL99 already claimed my 40, 000km package and I have to pay for my major service which supposed to be free of charge for me. I got to know that JL99 is no longer Suzuki's authorised service centre since May 2016. I've lodged a complaint via Suzuki Malaysia Call Centre and they haven't response to me yet. I am so disappointed and mad knowing that my car is due for major servicing, but I have to pay, while in actual fact it is supposed to be free of charge. Please look into this issue. I have purchase Maruti Celerio ZXI Auto Gear Shift in India. The company has provided keyless entry in the car, but out of the two keys given, only one key is remote key and the other is an ordinary key. I have written so many emails to Maruti Suzuki to provide spare key also as a remote key, but the company has not even bothered to reply for once. If the company is providing keyless entry in the car, then the two keys provided should be similar one i. E., both the keys should be remote keys. When I drive through color lights car engine was stopped, , but after remove my foot from the break pedal the engine does not stated once again. I tried to start the engine several time, but it didn't start. This was happened from 4-5 Km from the start point
then I called to AMW motors who is acting as the agent of Suzuki company in Sri Lanka. They said my car was seized. But they said there were engine oil, radiator coolant and gear oil. Therefore pak Suzuki was consulted regarding the cars status i. E if this car is hybrid or non hybrid and amzingly PAKISTAN Suzuki declared the car non hybrid. Dear SirThis refers to my complaint of My Vehicle MH09-BB-1219 bought on 29. 9. 2007 through Sai Service, Kolhapur. Till date we never knew that the dickey has a provision to stand still when open. My vehicle is having the problem day one of purchase, that the dickey comes down without remaining stand still. This is a manufacturing defect and request you to give reason why the vehicle was send without inspection to the dealer. Also you have to give CAPA for that. The bike was used up to 12 kms when purchased. I was informed that this was done by Suzuki. I thought this might be because of test drive by Suzuki engineers in the factory in Malaysia. I have noticed on my next visit to the shop that a young man was driving a new bike into the shop. With no Suzuki’s uniform he is not trained by Suzuki as well because the mechanic who operates as a mechanic is someone else. There is no ramp outside the shop for bikes. Without ramp it does need extra RPM’s.
The first 20 Kms of breaking in/running for a new engine are very important.
As a customer this was my right. This is against customer care rules and also it gives insecurity about engine performance in the long run.
How Suzuki can help me to get rid of this insecurity?

I have a suzuki grand vitara 1. nine ddis, with license plate number 48km802. It is a 2009 model and has 60,000 kilometers. Suzuki service micilar in adana, turkey has maintained the car. The 60,000-kilometer maintenance was accomplished on 29 may 2014. On top of regular maintenance, they also replaced the trigger belt kit, and the front and rear brake pads. Cost of this service was 2,013 turkish lira.
On three June 2014 while driving in second gear with speed around 30 kph, the car suddenly stopped. This happened just after driving 60 kilometers. I called the suzuki service, they came and loaded my car to a truck and took it to their service area. After a one-day investigation they told me that due to a problem on v-belt pulley, the camshaft pulley was broken and the camshaft itself also had some problems. They repaired or replaced some parts.
