I have received two bracelets from you today. Both are satisfactory. I tried to purchase two of your Nouba M bracelets both from Swarovski store in Geelong and also Essendon. I have had no luck in finding these bracelets (I know they stopped production of them in June last year). Do you have any idea where I might be able to buy thee bracelets? Thank you.
My Daughter was given a Swarovski Ring by her Partner for Christmas. He paid £100, not cheap I am sure you'll agree. After wearing it on a few selected occasions, the Ring has turned her finger green. My Daughter returned the Ring to the Retailer it was purchased from who informed her there was nothing they or Swarovski could do about it. This has resulted in great distress for both my Daughter and her partner and I am sure you will agree, is not acceptable as the item has been sold, not fit for purpose.
