Swiffer Wet Jet Customer Service Number Delineated Here With Complaints and Reviews
I have a Swiffer Wet Jet and there is a problem where only one side of it works and nothing comes out on the left side. I have change the batteries and did everything, but it still does not work properly. What is the problem with it as I do not want to have to buy a new one?.

Im on my 5th swiffer wetjet. Its a wonderful product, but the holes that dispense the cleaning product apparently get clogged up and there is nothing coming out. I have always in the past just bought a new one, but NO MORE. T tried to unclog it using a small pin, but to no avail. Please send either a replacement or coupon good for a replacement. Thank you.

This is the third or fourth Swiffer that I have purchased. Each time I have broken the handle when having to apply pressure to get the floor clean from a substance that's stuck to the floor. I do not think I'm using any more pressure than what is necessary to get the floor clean. I really like the way the mop works, but I'm getting frustrated with having to purchase one frequently.

I received a Swiffer Sweeper Vac in 2015 for Christmas. I've used it maybe at the most 30 times if even that much. Plugged in to recharge the battery. Nothing, it just died. Nothing. I told my daughter about it today and she said hers is not working right either. I will certainly anyone I know of who's thinking of getting one to DO NOT BUY
Since I got it as a gift I do not have a money-back form filled out. I repeat, I will let people know that they should not buy this product.

NEED UNSCENTED WET JET REFILLS
I enjoy using my Swiffer Wet Jet, but really need to purchase UNSCENTED refills because I have chronic asthma. I have searched local retail stores and online. Can you tell me where to purchases unscented refills for WET JET? I use it on ceramic tile, hardwood and laminate.

I was washing my floor and had a dirty spot so flipperd the mop to scrubber pad and the handle broke apart right below spray switch, I had to go buy a new mop (which is not the same one I have it is smaller and no scrub pad.). I Want to know if Ican get the top handle, the rest is fine. PPLEASE RESPOND BECAUSE I WILL RETURN NEW ONE IF INDEED I CAN GET NEW PART FOR LESS MONEY, I AM OLD USED TO WASH BY HAND HURT BACK SO CANNOT AND I HATE CLOTH MOPS OR SPONGE MOPS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR. I have used my new swifter wet jet and have found it to be extremely frustrating. The solution container pops out often, and yes I followed the directions exactly. It would often just spurt just a tiny bit of solution. The pad picked up the dirt in one thin stripe. I am so disappointed. I use other swifter products and have been pleased with them.

I have had my swifter wet jet for two months and I was cleaning my kitchen floor this morning and the handle broke off at the top where the black plastic is. I THINK it should be replaced.

I bought a Swiffer Wet Jet a couple of months ago and the switch quit working bought a new one yesterday and it will not spray the cleaner out I will take the one I bought yesterday back to the store and see about getting another one I had one for over six years and the handler broke on it the ones I bought since then have both been bad.

Hello. I purchased a Swiffer Wet Jet from my local Dollar General on Sunday for my daughter who is in college. I reached out to grab the unit from the hanger and was cut by the sharp box. The inside of the box has a very rough edge that should be rounded corners. I hope you consider this as a safety priority for your current and future consumers. I am on my 3rd Swiffer Sweeper Vac in three years. They just do not last. The one I have now, that I purchased not very long ago, has quit working. It only lasts for about four minutes. That is after a full charge. I love the product, just wish I could get more service out of it. Thank you.

I can not even find a number after calling three different ones where I can talk to a human being. I have purchased my 3rd swifter wet jet and only one of the jets actually works on all three of them. After I purchased the first one, I didn't want to take the time to deal with trying to return it so I just purchased another one. After purchasing the second one I never thought it would have the same problem. Therefore, I unpacked it and stored it in my laundry room. Days later, I come to find out only one jet was working as well. Since I didn't have a receipt I can not return it. I just bought a 3rd one and tried it out as soon as I got home. Low and behold only one jet works. Seriously? I have the receipt, but I am now out $60 for three pieces of crap and now I have to take the time and gas during the holiday season when traffic and stores are very overcrowded to return this. This is seriously ridiculous. I just want a swifter that works, but apparently now I need to find a different product to clean with.
