Taki Government College - North 24 Parganas had first opened its doors for the students on 15th September, 1950. The college has traversed a long way ever since. Located on the banks of the river ICHHAMATI, the prestigious college has acquired a place of its own in constructing and defining the destiny of students down the years. Taki Government College - North 24 Parganas is situated at Vill & P.O: Taki, P.S: Hasnabad, Dist: North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The total student strength is about 2500 in different courses of studies. Taki Government College - North 24 Parganas runs in two section, Morning and Day section. The Advanced (Honours) courses in Arts and Science along with Post-graduate course in Bengali are held during Day section at 10.30 am.
