Please give me the status of my previous dispute, reference number 5251195251A given to me approx ten October 2019. Family moved from 46 Johannes St. Fairland, JHB, to 47 Sophia, Fairland, JHB. On 14 Sept. Had WIFI (ADSL) svc at old address, but told initially, by Telkom, unsure if ADSL line or fibre internet svc ar new address. Telkom advise did have fibre svc at new address then gave me above reference number for transfer and installation, but nothing after that. Must have wifi svc at new address buy not necessarily voice line. My acct number can be furnished and is current. Reply to my husband's email address at songo. Recently I sign up for the 10MPS uncapped wireless, received the router and activate the SIM. But the speed is useless between 20h30 and 22h30 in the evenings. I am not able to open the Telkom website and carry out a speed test due to the slow response on the internet. Also impossible to view a video clip on YouTube. No streaming at all. If this is how my future with Telkom looks like, I like to cancel it as soon as possible. I refuse to pay R899 per month for a empty promise. I also not paying in bits and pieces, my payment will be the full amount on time every time. Please fix this now or notify me beforehand that your are not able to keep up with your promise, in order for me to cancel it beforehand.

How do I find my Telkom e-mail password? I set it up here on my laptop quite some time ago, but I have had to reset my desktop Windows ten and lost a lot of applications.
