My mom used Tide products in the 60's so naturally I have continued the tradition. Unfortunately, after using Tide Pods (New Look, three in one original), my white items (particularly my bras) have turned dingy blue-grey. At first, I thought that my husband had washed them with jeans by mistake, but after a few careful washings, I noticed that they were turning an even darker dingy blue-grey. I am convinced that it is due to the blue color in the Tide Pods. After multiple washings using stain removers, bleaches, vinegar and salt, I have gotten most of the blue-grey out, but am afraid that the elastic may not be the same. I suppose that after using Tide for the majority of 60+ years, I will be changing to a different Laundry detergent Pod manufacturer.
We have purchased Tide Pods. We have been tide Pod users for many year now. The last batch I bought has manage to ruin three pairs of Jockey underwear (which they aren't cheap to buy) and a blanket that was made for me from a loved one. We are not satisfied with the Pods we had to switch do to the amount of cloths that are being ruined. We are not satisfied and we are very disappointed because we loved the Tide Pods. I'm not sure if you have changed the batch, but you lost two people because of it. My next thing I'd like to know is how do I get this left over Tide Pod residue out of the blanket and underwear. Thanks.
I purchased a 59 count of Tide Pods and most of them were broken and.
I used Tide Pods in my front loading machine and it caused the water to back up into the detergent compartment. This causes damage to my house as the laundry is on 2nd floor. There is no warning on box about not using these in compartment. You never put detergent in the drum of front loader. I would like to know how P and G is going to compensate me for the damage done to my home.
I purchased Tide Pods, and I love them. But I have one problem. I washed them exactly how the package tells me, and I take my clothes out every time after washing them with the Tide Pods and the plastic is literally stuck to my clothes. Is there anything you can do? If you have ever bought a north face, (which I spend $104 on) you'd know how annoying that would be to try and wash something clean, and now it's ruined. I also noticed them on my scrub pants, which are Cherokee, which are EXPENSIVE. Anything to show you are customer oriented would be appreciated. I just do not know what to do. Phone 6088225584. Email taylorhugill@gmail.com email works best.

Hello, I just started using Tide Pods in my HE front loader. Once the wash was completed, I put the clothes in the dryer as I normally do. Once completed, I noticed that the pod hadn't completely dissolved and ruin my husband's shirt. It was melted solid to the shirt and very difficult to take off. I am disappointed that this happened as it was an expensive shirt. I've attached a photo. Thank you.
I am sick. I used Tide Pods on a brand new Cinch
Cinch L/S Mens Solid Fine Weave Shirt 10320020WHT and it came out with stains on it. Since there was no other clothes or items in the load, I know it was from the pods. I had never used them before. I looked online to see what I should do, and nothing helped. I would be happy to send a picture of my brand new shirt. We were going to a national finals competition and I had no time to go shop for another shirt before we flew out, since we live 45 miles from the closest town. Some of the online remedies told me of products to use to take out the stain, again I couldn't use them being where we live, but who would think you would put soap in tht stains clothes. What do you plan to do about this? I tried sending a picture, but your site won't accept it.
Using Tide Pods @ laundry store, happy with results. Recently the pod attached to a white shirt during the wash cycle. Tried using a hotniron to remove after it hung dry. Any suggestions. Pod was placed in drum per instructions. Thanks.
