Hello, I received a pair of isotoner slippers for christmas 2014. They are currently falling apart to the point that I can not wear them anymore and I'm about to throw them in the trash. I really liked these slippers and I feel that it is unfortunate that they didn't last very long. I just wanted to express my disappointment :)I could send a photo if needed.

I have purchased your slippers in the past and have been very satisfied. However, I purchased this pair from Kohls three months ago and within a short time they started falling apart. I am really unhappy about this as I usually have the slippers for at least a year. They are a size ten and although they have stretch are comfortable, but just are falling apart. I do not wear them outside the house. I am really disappointed with this product and would appreciate anything you could do to rectify the situation. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Your women's knit mittens with the full leather palm and Sherpa lining were the best. None of your new ones come close to the quality. The new ones are thinner and have a little patch of suede on the palm. Please bring the old ones back.

My Name is Manuela Branch , i do not know that my complaint for slippers from isotoner is on the right place, i be buying this slippers for many years and really love them. But for the let's year your product has changed, and not for the better. I bought in three months three pair off your slippers, in the size XXL like I've been doing it for years, after a week the elastic in the back gifts out so you can not wear them, my shoe size is a 91/2 is also not my feet what cost the problem, like i say XXL is the size i like because L Or XL are not comfortable, i like to know why the quality from the slippers change so much.

I bought a pair of slippers at Younkers in Green Bay Wisconsin at the end of December. I have only worn them a handful of times as well as only in my home. The bottom sole is coming apart in two areas. Very disappointed as I have been buying Isotoners for years.

On 01/12/2015 I purchased a pair of Isotoner slippers from Macy's. They are very comfortable and I like them. However in the short period of time that I have had these slippers the carpet in front of my family room chair became very dirty and black looking. I had no idea why. I cleaned the carpet, which is dark registration or burgundy color. And my wife said, maybe it's the slippers. I took a wet cloth and was able to easily rub very black color from the bottom of the slippers. It is as if they are made of coal. I have never worn these slippers anywhere other than in the house. The black continues to come off as long as I rub.

I have a pair of totes boots that I bought at the end of season last year and just started wearing them this winter. After wearing them about eight times of normal wear, the sole of the left boot began to come detached from the boot. I glued the sole,, but now the same thing has happened with the right boot. This almost became a hazard to me while I was driving. There is also a piece of metal between the sole and the boot that was very sharp and could have caused an injury. They are a tan(taupe), low boot, with an inner and outer zipper. I do not see a model number on the boot, but the zipper measures about six inches long. They are a waterproof style outer material with a fabric lining. I buy totes products regularly, your gloves, umbrellas, and especially the boots because they come in a wide width and I wear a ten wide and they are very comfortable. Should I send the boots to you for inspection ?Thank you for your attention to this matter.
