If we hotels have to make your Travel Web credit cards tax exempt then you shouldn't send over reservations that say this:"PIN119290532146511 PHR10129180271B Travelweb pays room and tax charge guest incidentals only Collect MOP for incidentals on folio A at check-in. "It says right there that you guys PAY ROOM AND TAX how are the hotels supposed to know from that that we are supposed to make it TAX EXEMPT. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP Because that is ridiculous and all of your credit cards are declining in our systems.
