I purchased the Mcgreg-Mayweather fight on the UFC website. I was charged 201. 00, which meant I was charged twice because your HORRIBLE website. Your servers and website crashed, leaving over one hundred PISSED OFF CUSTOMERS IN MY BAR You have no phone to talk to anyone one about this I have emailed so many times its redicoulous, with not one communition back You can tell Dana White to get fucked from me. And you have lost a lifetime customer I have been a customer with UFC Longer than Dana White has been with UFC.

I have struggled to get ahold of any kind of customer support. This last Saturday I went to get the big fight at my house and tried to use the UFCtv app I made an account and profile, but before complicating the site crashed so I didn't pay it any attention to coke to find out I was charged for the account numbert only once, but three times I do not know how one person could have more than one account please contact me at(402) 216-1928

Hello. My name is Nicole . On August 26th my son purchased the Mayweather/McGregor fight. The transaction had already gone through his account for $99 from UFC.TV. At the appointed AIR Live time 7pm started, we could not get any service. We kept trying for service, rebooting, etc. We tried to contact UFC.TV and we were not even able to chat with no one. We had welcomed some guests over to enjoy the event with us as well. Time was ticking away, the main event was about to start, when we finally decided to purchase through "sling". We received great service with them and the transaction went through my account. Now I need to contact someone who can help me with the refund that is owed through UFC.TV. For my son. I ordered UFC fight on Saturday 8/26/17. But was unable to watch. Then Tried to cancel the fight. And tried continuously to contact UFC. Tv and never received a call back. BUT the amount has been taken from my account. I didn't watch the fight with this UFC. Tv. I called your contact number - for customer service, left a message - no reply. The other numbers were disconnected? I think this is totally not right, to be charged if I requested to be cancelled. BUT of course e-mails sent were not answered on e-mail by a person they were replied by automatic and no reply. The amount 99. 95 is a lot to pay for nothing. Your customer service on that day was not very helpful I want my money back and will disengage from your so called service. I was told customer service rep would return my call Nothing has been done. In a matter of minutes UFC. Tv took the payment BUT no answer for my cancel request.

The UFC App did not work at all for the Mayweather vs Mcgregor Fight. I even pre ordered the fight to try and avoid any problems with this. I had a party over and could not see any of the fights. It was embarrassing and a huge hassle. I sent an email the day of and got no response. I would like a refund.

We tried buying the fights for the Saturday fight on 7-9-16. We paid the $59. 99 and we couldn't even watch all of the fights. Did we do something wrong? We are not going to pay $60 to watch a three minute fight. We were under the impression, according to your website, that we can watch "any fight, any time, on any mobile device.
