I have purchased two of the 20" high velocity fans from Lowe's and they both have stopped working they are not even a year old the motor gets hot and they burn up. Ive taken them both back to Lowe's and they will not stand behind the product the fans cost about 45. 00 each that's about 100. 00 in fans that cant be used and not very old. I would like to hear from Utilitech about this matter to see if something can be done about replacing my fan's as i live in Arizona and need them in the summer heat that is just about here again. My Utilitech indoor siren eats batteries in less than a month. My son has had one over a year and has never had to replace batteries. What can be causing this problem, siren only activated once this month. Thank you

I have tried several phone numbers for Utilitech, but have not been able to talk to anyone. The 800-238-6753 number seemed like an advertisement for seniors when I called.
I bought a Utilitech Dusk to Dawn light in 2015 and it has quit working. I called the number 866-994-4148 and spoke to a man. He said to take it back to Lowe's for a refund. I did go to Lowe's and they said the manufacturer Utilitech should cover the refund. They said the warranty(3 years)should be covered by Utilitech since it was over 90 days. I have tried a few phone numbers for Utilitech, but have not had any success. I do have the original receipt from Lowe's.
Good afternoon. Less than a year ago I purchased a Utilitech hat headlight with earbuds for Bluetooth and it has worked, but last night it just stopped working. I came inside and tried to charge it, check Bluetooth status, turned it on and off, to no avail. I have looked for them online and many places do not carry them anymore. I'm not sure what to do, but I sure do wish I had one that worked. I cut grass a lot at night time and having one that I can recharge in my vehicle is very very convenient. Not anymore I sure would appreciate some help.

I recently purchased the LED lamp e359760 for flood lights for my home. The lights were purchased less than a year ago. One of the flood lights has already burnt out and I'm following up about a possible refund or replacement.

I had to replace my well pump in February of this year. I went to my local Lowe's and bought a Utilitech pump, model number UT302 and had it installed. I started having problems with the well last week, and finally lost water. I called the well service, and they pulled the pump and tested it. It was bad. I took it back to Lowe's to get a replacement, and was informed that I had to deal with the manufacturer for the warranty. I had to buy yet another pump, at a significant cost. Your pump lasted eight months. I am requesting a refund of the money spent ($300) for the replacement pump, which was the same model number. I hope this one lasts longer than eight months. I have a problem with a Utilititech Daylight 0128940 13W CFL bulbs. Unfortunately they do not last that long as quaranteed at all. Our 1st purchase was October 15, 2015 after ten days one bulb already burned out. That time the Lowe's changed it. Our second purchase was on October 25, 2015. One bulb already burned out, Lowe's told me to contact you because the 90 days is already over. I really like this bulb "light-colour", but unfortunately the quality not good. I have two of your flashlights. They are four battery lights. After about two months the light is very dim. I find that one of the four batteries is almost dead. It happens with both lights. I own four other utliltech lights with different lumen. I have no problem with them. It's only with the smaller ones. What could possibly be the problem.

When I check the batteries I find that one battery is almost dead. These light I believe are 250 lumen. I own a couple more difference sizes and have no problem with them. Tell me what you think.

Utiltech seems like they do not offer help with defective bulbs. Customer service stated today "we do not deal with bulbs". Strange when all we wanted was help on why the bulbs are lasting less than a year when box says nine years and warranty in box shows three years.
Purchased 5/26/14 Utilitech Outdoor Misting fan from Lowes. By September the fan was no longer working. I went into Lowes and was told they only cover the product for 30 days. On Lowes website where description on this product is listed a one year warranty from Utilitech. Please advise me how to make good on this fan I purchased.

I need help. I purchased a Utilitech doorbell at Lowe's and had it for about three months before installing so did not have receipt to return to Lowe's. I had so much trouble trying to get the chimes to ring Westminster and coincide with the button that the jumpers were worn from removing over and over again. I called the number twice, but was told it was no longer in service. Then I got a tech with sump pumps and he said there was a problem and he would transfer me. Never got anyone. I would like to know if it is possible to get some new jumpers. The ones now are so stretched that they literally vibrate off of the piece they are covering. I was giving up and went to lowe's to purchase a new doorbell kit, an expensive giving up. No longer in stock. I had the oak cover with brass chimes hanging below it.

I have two Utilitech 65-Watt Bronze Fluorescent Dusk-To-Dawn Security Lights and both do not light when temperature goes down below 35 degrees or so. The lights only flicker. Can you please advise corrective actions I should take, or can you supply to new low temperature ballasts, which I can replace? Both units where installed early spring. Regards. Tony Chiarella
