My daughter sent back a rental. Several weeks later a late charge was charged to my account although it was not late. The company was contacted and said they had rectified the mistake. However two weeks later another late charge was assessed. Emails to the company are unanswered phone calls not taken supervisors unavailable. A con game.

I mailed both my rentals back to them before the deadline. Today four weeks later I get an email stating that my credit card has been charged a late fee I already shipped them back to the addresses provided and all I can do is send an email and wait. No customer service phone number is even provided. I won't be renting books from this company ever again.
