We purchased two rolls of weed control fabric (4 inch x 100 feet each roll) in May and installing them in July 2021, but wasn't enough so purchased another roll in July. Not even a month later the weeds/grass are already popping up. The rolls that we had purchase was supposedly life time warranty. We went back to Home Depot where we had made the purchases and was told to contact Vigoro for complaint and refund because Home Depot said nothing they can do. Tried attach pictures and receipts, but didn't seem to work. Thank you.

I am having an issue with you potting mix soil. I not sure what is wrong but, my transplants tomatoes seem that your soil causes a the leaves to turn yellow and sometimes kills them. A potting soil should not hurt the plants put in it. Last year same thing happened, some pepper died. What are you putting in your potting soil? I would like a full list of what chemicals you are using and if its slow fertilizer or maybe you make it too strong. Over the years I have purchase a lot of this soil. On the other hand maybe there is very little nitrogen in this soil. I am not sure what is going on.

What's wrong with your fertilizer spreader? I put a bag of weed and feed in it and it just clicks, the fertilizer drops out the hole, but doesn't spin, are you only supposed to put a little in it. I put three scoops (double handfuls)in it and it worked fine. I paid 52. 00 for this at home depot last summer and just used it today.

I’m frustrated beyond belief Your phone number posted on your website when dialed says it’s not in service I purchased 66 bags of your dark brown mulch I three different trips on three different days. I put the first 25 down in the backyard and it looks great a month later and the other 41 bags sat for two weeks in my driveway way until the front beds were ready for mulch and I put 17 bags down and it rained hard two days later and the color completely washed away I still have 24 unopened in my driveway. I’m beyond upset that I will have to take up the 17 bags and then go buy them and put down those 17 bags again I’m a58 year old woman with Rheumatoid Arthritis and that’s extremely hard for me to do What is your color guarantee and will you pick up the faded mulch in my front beds? Home Depot said they would refund my money NEVER have I ever had an issue with mulch, but this is my first time to buy Vigoro mulch Super disappointed.

I purchased eight bags of black Vigaro mulch on April 7th at Home Depot in Covington, Washingon. The bags states it has a one year guarantee for color to be consistent. That is absolutely false I put the mulch down on the 7th and after one day of rain - the color is washed off and the mulch is not even close to black any longer. In the past I have purchased Scott's which has been consistent in keeping its color. This is the first time I've purchased Vigaro and it will certainly be the last. My cell and text phone is 407 451-3622. I purchased a 36 inch wand with nine patterns I do not have the last few digits of the bar code since it was badly affected by the major leak. I have a product code of 442599 and a bar code of 46878 3791? My problem lies with the leakage in the handle area. There is 1/8-1/4 inch gap between the rubber handle and the bottom of the metal fitting that screws into the water faucet. It leaks so, so bad that I get sprayed from head-to-toe. Also, I tried to fill it in with dental floss- did not work. Than I tried with Gorilla silicone filler and that did not work. Do you have any suggestions?.

Unfortunately your landscaping ground cover indicates that it is water permeable. It is not the case. After hours of labor and cutting of your product to fit our front landscaping upon watering (yards of stone except around the trees) it became evident that water was not going through your product. I'm certain that returning it to the purchase location will get my money back. But not the amount of time invested into the work. Seriously disappointed in your product. I purchased your mulch this year and am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. I wasn't expecting to pick painted wood, formica, stones and metal out of it while trying to spread it. Bought Vigoro weed and feed on 09/12/2016 at Home Depot 2522 Crossing Circle, Traverse City, MI 49634. Receipt 2725 00025 32919. Product cost was $36. 93. Product number 071645321205; however receipt not clear. But, is available if need to send.complaint: product did not not kill a single weed. Followed instructions to the letter, and applied a second application one week later. Still no favorable results. However, grass is greener, but, I still have weed problem. I'm very dissatisfied with outcome, and, have never had this problem with Ortho Weed and feed. Demand some restitution, for I am on a fixed income and $36. 93 is a large expense for me.

We bought seed in June along with over 200 dollars worth of good top soil. Followed directions on seed and watered like we were suppose to. I've used your various products for a long time and have been reasonably happy, unfortunately the recent purchase of your weed and feed large bag was a waste of money. It greened the lawn with it's high nitrogen base, but did nothing regarding the weed issue. In particular clover, which grew as well as the grass. Maybe it's a bag left over from last years inventory at Home Depot or maybe the proportional mix at your facility was off, but either way it failed miserably.

I purchased four cartons of Vigoro professional grade edging for a DIY project around my home. Is this product rolled and packaged (60 feet) the opposite of their installation method? or did I just struggle getting the edging to unravel in the opposite direction thinking that was the correct method?Also. I had a hell of a time getting those connectors into the edging as it seem they were a bit too large and too stiff to make the connection. I used grease. I put them in a vice to try to reshape them. I tried softening them with a torch and finally I shaved them down with a razor to get them in. Definitely not a one man job.

To whom it may concern, I just bought five bags of mulch for our yard. I am so unhappy with it. We poured it all out on the ground and when i started to put in where in the front garden i found tons of sticks like eight inches big, and painted wood chippings and some without any of the brown color we choose. Even like dried weeds and huge pieces of wood and branches, and sticks in there. We are having to pick out each item now, and what a headache. My husband only bought this brand due to it saying about the one year warranty for the color. And now we are truly unhappy and disappointed. Instead of the mulch bringing up the look of our garden it looks like we put trash in it instead. I am very unhappy. Please resolve this issue.

I purchased a five pound bag of treated Bermuda seed form Home Depot I prepared a good seed bed sowed and covered it lite just a Dustin we have had rain and some sun every day here in south west Florida I have planted a lot of Bermuda seed plus all kind seed I worked in Arkansas for coop stores I have worked small area in my establish yard to get a Bermuda started, but I think I got two five pound bags with a small hand full seed up I scared my lawn in Arkansas with seed. Had rain for ten days than got perfect planted it in 72 Degree soil and August neighbors would ask can we pull our shoes off and walk on your greases. In the agricultural business I had weed control and plant food i like to have it here in Florida. Think you should replace ten pounds Bermuda seed before rain season is over Help a old farmer out o I sorted in 1958 and have a ag degree thanks for any help.
