I have been in contact twice with Trip.com who say they are unable to add baggage or upgrade flight and twice with Virgin who tell me they cannot do it either and to get Trip.com to do it. Yet I can manage my flight to book and pay for seat. After much frustration, I still haven't been able to solve this problem. Would appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

I am totally disappointed in the Service or should I say lack of dervice from your Company. Over the years I have travelled many times on Virgin. Yesterday I spent One Hour and 36 Seconds on the phone and spoke to a gentleman, then a Bell, Summer Giselle and Mona and got know where. I have a letter handed out by your Staff at Auckland International Airport to myself and my Son, It apologises for the five hour delay on Flight VA153 on 4/11/2017 and suggests A travel Bank Credit of $100 or Velocity Points. We do not hold Velocity Points Accounts. Finally told to contact Guset Relations. What a lovely name with no substance. Here I am ringing a Brisbane phone nmber and end up in the Phillipines again. God help me Now 11 minutes again trying to talk with Guest Relations. All I want is for the Credits to be issued to us in some shape or form. Is that not too easy.
