Bought a 2017 Travato. I dewinterized and had a leak in the vacuum breaker attached to the shower hose. I emailed them on Friday and didn't hear anything back so the following Wed i called. 15 minutes on hold to have a computer tell me leave your name and number and they will call me back. 24 hours later I missed the call so I call them again. Of course I wait 15 minutes again, but then talk to someone who says that part is $28. I said my rv is still under warranty. Oh you have to talk to customer assistance. He transfers me and I press one when it ask if I am calling about parts. It sends me back to parts. I wait another seven minutes to be told i am transferring you back to customer assistance do not press anything. I am waiting another 20 minutes, I am 3rd in Queand when my call gets dropped. I am currently back in the Que and have gone from sixth to 2nd in approximately 20 minutes. Great customer service Not .

I have a Winnebago Spyder 28SC. When I have either generator on or hooked up yo a 50 amp service the air conditioner runs all the time when I have the furnace on for heating. Is this normal? 208-404-4795.

We purchased a new 2014 Itasca Sunstar )1F65F5DY6E0A02993) from Camping world Liberty Lake, WA From day one there were many problems, but the worst is the rattles in the walls(above the driver and passenger)I took it back to the dealer they )Brenden) said "It is what it is" and wrote this in the service report. Then you people told me to take it to R and R RV in Liberty Lake, WA so I did, two times. They call me telling me they and you found the problem and fixed the rattles. When I drove it off the lot the rattles were there so I went back. Ramey the service person told me they cant do any more. I asked if he or some one could take a ride and he said NO. It has been in the shop more than we have used it. We feel you are putting profits above CONSUMER RIGHTS. What are you going to to help.
