I am having troubles with my Worx trimmer(s) The string is constantly breaking. Changed spools, same thing and believe me it is frustrating. Is there a possibility the spools get brittle if not used in a certain time. I have both models, the older 18V and newer led battery. Please advise. 208-880-7237.

I purchased model WG500. one last fall, also picked up the attachment wa 4054. 1
I using the vacum to pick up leaves, the bag for the unit will not stay zipped up I am unable to pick up leaves, product is virtually useless at this time as I have a gas blower. I am hoping you can help me out with this problem. Can't find my bill, but I bought it at Lowes Oshawa, Ontario, Canada last fall. The unit serial 201316054374.

I had ordered Replacement spools several times I'm very satisfied with the tools I also have blower and would order more tools. I'm vary dissatisfied with the replacement spools for my Worx weed trimmer every spool has been stuck to256-553-9711gether and have to dig them out of spool. Unable to find that order , but found an old one from 2010 02116700 from Sept 22 2010 this is in my Wife's name Nelda Putnam think when we orig. Ordered the trimmer it may have been in mine. Mike Van Winkle also she said she ordered more and never received. Thanks I would appreciate if you can or will make this right it's not the first time I have had problems with Spools sticking together and not able to find end. It would greatly be appreciated Sincerely. Mike Van Winkle.
