I Signed up for xfinity at The end of April. I selected $49 plan. I received a bill recently for $145. 00 Of course I called and received POOR RESPONSE FROM XFINITY. I was so mad, I cancelled service. I would love to have a Cheap plan as I live in a senior community. This was a FARCE I need to talk to someone who knows what they are doing. (I was even charged for moving fee, but I was a new customer).

I paid upfront to have WiFi for one week only. I have had trouble getting on the internet from the 1st day. On Friday i was able to get on for two minutes and that was it and today (Saturday) i couldn't get on again. Therefore i will be contacting customer service for a full refund back in my account. Don't bother emailing me since i can not get on to read my emails. This hassle cost me a few hundred dollars since i needed internet service for a job i was supposed to be doing and couldn't. I am very unsatisfied and disgusted. I should not have to go through this and then not be able to contact customer service without having internet to get the number.

My cell phone is on wifi at the house and although we have been paying for high speed internet, we are not getting it. Verizon checked by speed today and it was. 64 download and 3. 54 upload. Can you tell me why?
