I have done my recharge on 50rs on 21. 3. 18at 9:15 :31am. Unknowingly out of my thought how could it be deducted. Yesterday it self only. Then I did my recharge again at 8:36:48pm rupees 10. And 139on the same date then how could be it deducted again on 22. 3. 18. The main balance remaining only rs1. 49. Tried to complaint through customer care number But couldn't reach till today. Just want to ask y. this is happening despite of maintaining ing a main balance and maintaining and unlimited local call. With rupees 139. Would you please at least response the complaint??. rupees 50. 10. And 139 is too much. So pleasez response. Meghalaya. Pin 793150.

DEAR SIR,
On 28.06.13 at about 12.30 pm I recharged my BSNL SIM @ rupees 574.00/- for enjoying STD/Local(BSNL TO BSNL) coll free for one month, but certainly after three days the STD out going call was stooped automatically. I was tried to call various time at customer care, but I can not gat line.My mobile number is 9485125489 so I faced many problem.
