landline phone is frequently became dad as all the line is not routed properly . all the cables are haging in the air not properly intalled. So due to wind, rain this cable broken down and after complaint they took 4-5 days to repair or attand the problem. As well as i have unlimited plan of braod band connection which is running very slow. So many times informed to JTO- Pindrawa, but problem is not shorted out till date.
So kindly look into the matter and doing needful at the earliest otherwise i will disconnect your BSNL connection.

I have given application on 4th July -2013 for stopping services of internet and outgoing calls, because I am out of country for a long period. As per suggestion from Durgapura Jaipur office I have deposited rupees 1000/= to avoid disconnection. They suggested that now you will get minimum charges of outgoing calls only, but bills are continuously coming and now again bill of rupees 533 arrived with last date 27th Aug. It seems that my application is not executed.

Moreover your Call center number 1500 did not bother to attend our call, I have tried number of time, but your executive never picked up the phone.
If you can not do it then tell us, we shall request to other private agency.
We both are Sr. Citizen and we need land line number urgently bein a heart patients.

I have a prepaid BSNL mobile number.9460122366. Yeasterday I tried to use internet service on it. I could not browse anything, but when i cheked he message it showed last call cost rupees 21plus.the balance in my account was about rupees 70 plus. Today when I checked the balance only about rupees 21 are left.
I am very frustated to see this.
Please check my call details and tell me how my money is consumed.

My phone number 0144-2372857 is completely dead from 26/05/2013. No any action taken by related exchange. Many complaint by verblly and by 1500. Even complaint to JTO, AGM and GM there is no action taken by them to resume the service. I also complaint to CMD by mail, but till now there is nothing change . When they knows their responsiblitys.
