Hi, I returned a pair of unworn shoes at Cathy Jeans and they gave me my refund as store credit. I just checked their website recently and there was no indication that they were going out of business. I went to the mall today to use the credit, and to my horror, the store is gone and it seems like the entire business has shut down Who do I contact in regards to my $80? Hi, Today while standing in line at Victoria Secret in Stoneridge Mall, the heel on my Cathy Jean Shoes just snapped in half, almost making me fall. I took my shoes off and walked down to Cathy Jean Shoes at the other end of the mall. The store manager, Christina, looked up my receipt, and they had one pair left in my size. I was hoping to return to work with shoes on my feet after exchanging the defective shoes. She tried to get a hold of another manager in another store to verify she could exchange the defective shoes for the pair she had in store. Dear Administration:Recently, I purchased a pair of shoes at your Thousand Oaks store. The shoes were on sale and it was finale. After wearing them to work, I noticed one is looser fit than the other. I checked and noticed they were not same size. I took them back, but the manager of the store "Dallas" refused to take them back since it was finale sale. I tried to make her aware that it was not right to sell a pair with different size. She said they call them "Near size" and put them for sale. I have never experienced such a decision by selling two different size shoes and giving them a title and call it good to sell to customers. IT IS JUST NOT RIGHT. Please get back to me as this is not a right decision on Dallas's part and not taking the shoes back.

I purchased pair of boots returned for different color 30 min later and got them home and hate them they hurt my feet I was not informed at time of purchase that I could. Not return them this is the first time purchased anything at your store I did not appreciate the salesperson not informing me I would like my money back or something done about this purchased.

Bought a pair of shoes from Cathy Jean. Impossible to wear them. The shoes do not hold my feet. They come off my feet when I walk. The store Manager (Westfield mall carlsbad) won't do anything about it. She's rude. I want my money back or store credit. I would feel ripped off. Hope you back your product up.

I purchased a pair of shoes about four years ago and love them. I couldn't figure out what the 'style' number was on the side of the box. On October 24th 2014, I called their corporate office and the young lady was a great help! She told me what the shoe style was and gave me similar numbers to look up (mine was 3200).
