I SkGhausulAzam is a regular customer of TATA photon No. 9242428442(data card, dongle) for last one year. Yesterday (17. 11. 14) was the last day of monthly recharge with the benefit of carrying forward of balance data. Due to some unknown reason my recharge could not be done though an amount of Rs. 350 debited from my account. On query it is found that the amount is lying in Mobikwik and owing to technical problem recharge was not done. Today morning I did the recharge with TATA photon, but balance data 5883 MB is missing. Iam Sharath writing raising this complaint regarding TATA photon USB that Iam using form almost four years.My photon number is 9243334662. There was a complaint raised six months (June 1, 2013) back about the network issue. No service was given. When I call them up they say there is no solution for this. Now after all this the billing amount is increased without any notification. This is highly unfair. They refused to take a new complaint as well. I work for one of the TATA groups.If there is no solution for a problem to which TATA photon service is incharge of then what can customer do? This is highly unfair for TATA brand.I do not know if this complaint will even be read, but if somebody reads it, please do look into it. If this is the kind of service TATA gives then people will surely think twice next time.
