Lecture halls of Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences – AIMS Bellur there are six spacious lecture halls existing in the college and 4 lecture halls existing in AH & RC. Two of which accommodate around 200 students while the latter can accommodate 100 students. Each lecture hall is well ventilated and illuminated with comfortable seating arrangements. They are provided with audiovisual instruments. In addition to the above lecture halls to facilitate and promote teaching and training, each department is provided with seminar halls with Audio-Visual aids.
Men’s Hostel of Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences – AIMS Bellur is accommodated in the two separate "A" and "B" Blocks. 'A' Block consisting of 87 rooms and 'B' Block consisting of 103 rooms in multistoried floors. They are accommodating 250 students. Each room is well furnished. Each floor of the hostel contains toilets and bathrooms. There is a separate kitchen and spacious dining halls attached with modern facilities are available to the inmates. The water supply is maintained throughout 24 hours and hot-water is supplied for bathing purposes. Electric generators are pressed into service in the event of electricity failure. The warden, assistant warden and the staff will manage the hostel under the supervision of the principal.
Ladies Hostel of Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences – AIMS Bellur consists of a vast spacious building with 112 rooms accommodating about 240 students. Warden, Assistant warden and other managerial staff will look after the maintenance of the hostel. The hostel is endowed with library facilities, indoor games like Table Tennis and shuttle cock. It is also provided with diesel generator in the event of electricity failure as a backup facility.
Staff Members of Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences – AIMS Bellur both teaching and non teaching staff members are given accommodation in the staff quarters of the AIMS campus which is well furnished and ventilated. Convert and school are existing to meet the educational needs of the children of the staff members. Bachelor’s quarters are also available for interns present in the Adichunchanagiri Complex. Working women's hostel also exists to cater to the needs of the individuals, which is located in the women hostel complex.

The department encourages the sports activities among the students. It also provides the opportunity for the sport persons to participate in the inter collegiate competitions, State and National level competitions Indoor games like table tennis and shuttle cock and outdoor games like football, tennis, cricket, basket ball and athletic events are also played. The students have won championship and trophies in various inter-collegiate sports competitions.
Transport System of Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences – AIMS Bellur possesses Omni buses for commuting students from the hostels to the hospital and the other peripheral rural health centers for the purposes of teaching and training programmes. The vans are present 4 in number for the staff and the students for providing community health care. There are two ambulances attached to AH & RC, which are well organized throughout 24 hours, and each one of them is equipped with cardiopulmonary resuscitators with trained and qualified medical and paramedical staff, Emergency drugs, and oxygen cylinder. Being a referral hospital the ambulance service is made use of to bring the patients from the neighboring hospitals and districts. Educational tours are conducted periodically by suing the college omnibus services.
