i, arvind kumar agarwalla , residing at station road, dugda, bokaro, jharkhand828404 had gone to bangalore on 13/5/2016. my flight, jetairways from kolkatta at10. 30a. m. i reached at about one pm. i asked for reaching mysore from standing authority. i was told that a bus was at 1. 20 pm which has gone and the next is at six pm. i asked about taxi but he said no taxi will go. there is no prepaid taxi. i took a taxi about 2pm for rs. 3000. at destination he fought for price and took 3320. he also took away my mobile, samsung galaxy grand neo gt/19060mkdins with imei*352742/06/396285/7* and 352743/06/396285/5*with mobile9431955382 and 7482882172. we were 3. the harrasment caused to me due to this who will bear. it was a white indica car. no one was giving a new number sim on outsider identity. i had incurred heavy loss who will bear.

I am Satya Dwivedi , Travel led from Hyderabad to B'lore by Jet Airways, After reaching B'lore and checked for luggage and the same was not availble at delivery point after half an hour of waiting reached Jet airways CC about the same, then they simply said the same was left at hyd will come later just will be delivered @ 8PM, Though they aware of the fact, no announcement and not service. When asked about a complaint form, they simply replied nothing of such kind are available, and not provided access to speak the Manager in charge, no concern, no regret, no process in place to respond to customer. Due this my next travel to Chitradurga - Remotelocation in Karnataka is getting hampered.
